If a product description only says reversible cushions, ask whether that includes every seat and back cushion in the chosen configuration. A chaise cushion or shaped end cushion may need a separate answer. Save the response with the order details.
Use visible features as questions, not proof
A nonslip underside, attachment tabs, shaped corners or different fabric on one face are reasons to check the instructions. They may indicate that the cushion has an intended orientation.
